    Rob McGregor, Associate Director
    Rob is Associate Director of Property Sales. He is a successful, professional estate agent with over ten years of experience in the Edinburgh and Lothians market.

    He has a reputation for providing accurate valuations, advising clients on the marketing and sale of a wide range of properties and delivering excellent customer service. Among one of the measures of his success was being an integral part of the establishment of an estate agency office in Edinburgh which is now ranked in the top ten ESPC firms.

    Rob was attracted to Gilson Gray because of their dynamic and innovative outlook and enjoys the energy and challenge of being part of a new multi practice law firm.

    Before beginning his career in estate agency, Rob worked for a large multinational electronics firm. He graduated in business studies from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh where he developed an early interest in property.

    Rob lives in Morningside, is a keen golfer and enjoys watching rugby although as a Scottish fan this is not always easy!

    Lyndsey Beckwith, Area Director of Property Sales
    Lyndsey joined Gilson Gray in 2014 and is the Area Director of Property Sales in the Edinburgh office.

    Lyndsey's role is varied and includes the day to day management of the office, overseeing sales from when the property goes live to the market right through to negotiating the best possible offer for our clients, carrying out property valuations and bringing properties to market. She is also experienced in dealing with new homes sales.

    With over twenty years of experience in estate agency Lyndsey has dealt with selling everything from a parking space to a country estate and everything in between. She enjoys dealing with both private clients and corporate clients including national house builders and developers. She believes in forming strong relationships with clients built on trust, sound advice and communication and always strives to deliver the best service to all.

    Lyndsey has enjoyed working with the team to build the estate agency department from the beginning to become the trusted and recognised brand that it is now and is a member of the NAEA Propertymark.

    Michael is Dundee born and bred, having recently graduated from the University of Dundee with a degree in Geography.

    He has extensive local knowledge on both the sales and rental market, which assists both his sales clients achieve the best price and lettings clients looking for accurate appraisals before committing to purchasing their next investment. He is working to expand the Gilson Gray presence in Dundee estate agency and is consistently listed in the top ten agents by TSPC.

    Michael was drawn to Gilson Gray as an opportunity to shake up the estate agency market in Dundee by raising standards in both marketing and customer service.

    John joined Gilson Gray in 2014 as a property consultant.

    John with over 4 decades experience also specialises in estate agency and property finding. He has acted for many well-known Edinburgh and Scottish business/celebrity clients. Almost all John's business has been by recommendation.     Una joined the Gilson Gray Edinburgh Property Department in July 2018.

    With over 10 years involvement in property sales and a background in retail and hospitality management, she utilises her experience and knowledge to provide excellent customer service to our clients and support to the department as a whole. She thrives on the variety of challenges that each day brings and being part of a busy team environment.

    Sheila joined Gilson Gray in February 2019 as a Property Sales Assistant and assists with the day to day running of the Property Department, in the Edinburgh Office.

    With over nine years of experience of working in the property market, Sheila has good knowledge of the industry. She has a NAEA Propertymark Level 6 Qualification for sales as well a NVQ in Customer Service.
