    Jim Doerr - Residential Managing Director
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Wareham, Swanage, Weymouth and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne and Ferndown. Jim has a passion for football and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his youngest son and his football team or snoozing in a deck chair pretending to watch his eldest son play cricket.

    Fiona Forsyth - Associate Director 
    Fiona has over 16 year's agency experience in Dorset. She currently oversees Blandford and Dorchester as Associate Director and has vast knowledge across a wide section of the market from studio flats, country homes and new developments. Her interests outside of work include country walks, photography, gardening including tending her allotment, renovating her listed cottage and baking in her Aga.     Having worked for Goadsby since 2009, Hayley oversees the Blandford branch and has a wealth of local knowledge and links to the community. Her key strengths lie in her dedication to providing excellent customer service and she is passionate about creating the very best marketing literature for her vendors. Hayley lives with her husband Duncan and their two cats. In her spare time she enjoys seeing friends and family, hosting dinner parties, photography and carrying out alterations to their chalet bungalow.

    Adam Ford - Lettings Manager 
    Adam began his career with Goadsby, shortly after university where he studied Product Design. Originally based in our busy Salisbury branch he developed his knowledge of the lettings industry and quickly progressed. Adam now manages the Wimborne & Blandford lettings department, building on its already stellar reputation and driving the department forward with a strong focus on community involvement. In his personal time Adam likes to keep active and enjoys rock climbing & playing rugby.
