    Rex Craven - Senior Residential Director
    Born in Yorkshire, Rex worked for an estate agent in Devon for 3 years after leaving university, before joining Goadsby in 1973. After seeing the company grow from 3 residential offices to its current number of 19 and managing a number himself, he was appointed a Residential Director in 1995 and a few years later a Holdings Board Director. Rex currently oversees our offices in Bournemouth and Southbourne. Rex is a keen gardener and an AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder.

    Adam Carter - Divisional Director
    Adam joined Goadsby in 2013 after completing a degree in Graphic Design at the Arts University in Bournemouth and was very quickly recognised for his drive and professionalism. He started as a trainee negotiator in Southbourne and has progressed through to his current role as Divisional Director overseeing the Lettings departments in the Bournemouth, Southbourne & Canford Cliffs Offices. In his spare time Adam enjoys training at the local gym as well as spending time walking with his wife & young child across the beautiful landscape in which we are lucky to live.

    Charlotte Anning - Associate Director
    Charlotte joined Goadsby back in 2014 after working as a teaching assistant in several local schools. Charlotte began her career in Sales at the Southbourne Branch and after six months was moved to the busy Bournemouth Branch where her passion and drive saw her to progress through to her current role as Associate Director. Having grown up in the local area and having a vast knowledge across a wide section of the market, Charlotte is able to offer honest and realistic advice on how best to market your home. Charlotte lives locally in Moordown and in her spare time can be found in one of the local cafes and restaurants or at her local gym.
