    Ben has been with Goadsby for 7 years progressing to the Branch Manager at the companies Chandlers Ford office. Ben has gained broad experience within the property industry across Hampshire working within both sales and lettings via our Winchester, Southampton and Eastleigh offices.Ben prides himself on the professional and personal service he delivers from start to finish. In his spare time he enjoys cooking with his partner, various sports and walking with the dog.

    James Dennett - Joint Managing Director
    James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company's Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018. Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike. James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children.

    Mark Sanderson - Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed to Director overseeing the Residential Lettings Department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits. 
    Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis all over Dorset.
