    Tim Winslade - Branch Manager
    Tim joined Goadsby as a sales negotiator at our busy town centre branch, having spent a number of years working in the property industry in Tenerife. He quickly demonstrated his sales skills as well as his management potential and this has led to Tim taking over the running of our Charminster office in 2014. Now based at our busy Ferndown branch, Tim prides himself on his communication and customer services skills.In his spare time Tim enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

    Connor Thorne - Assistant Lettings Manager
    In 2018 Connor joined Goadsby as a trainee sales negotiator in the Broadstone branch and then transferred over to the lettings team in 2021. His determination to learn has seen him grow into the well-rounded, knowledgeable property specialist he is today. Using his great customer service and people skills, Connor has been able to create great relations with both landlord and tenants alike. He is a very motivated individual who thrives to do the best he can for a landlord and is prepared to go the extra mile. In his spare time, Connor likes to socialise with his friends and family as well as staying healthy by going to the gym and playing football.

    Jim Doerr - Joint Residential Managing Director
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Weymouth, Preston and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown and Broadstone. Jim has a passion for sport and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his youngest son and his football team or dozing in a deckchair pretending to watch his eldest son play cricket.

    Richard Farnes - Divisonal Director
    Richard joined Goadsby in 1998 at our Wareham Office, being driven and focused on customer service, he was soon quickly marked out for promotion and helped to open & run the successful Wimborne Office. In 2006, Richard became manager of our Canford Cliffs Office, where he specialised in the marketing and sale of homes of distinction in the upper market. Richard was promoted in 2010 to Associate Director and is now overseeing Ferndown and Wimborne offices in his role as Divisional Director. Richard has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and prides himself on high standards of customer care.
