    Having started his career as a sales negotiator in Broadstone in 2017 Rhyce has developed a wide range of experience and skills as a property professional. Living locally to the Fordingbridge area Rhyce joined the Fordingbridge team as Branch Manager in 2023 to continue to his enthusiastic and friendly approach as a well-rounded, property professional with great knowledge of the local area he grew up in. James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children

    In 2018 Connor joined Goadsby as a trainee sales negotiator in the Broadstone branch and then transferred over to the lettings team in 2021. His determination to learn has seen him grow into the well-rounded, knowledgeable property specialist he is today. Using his great customer service and people skills, Connor has been able to create great relations with both landlord and tenants alike. He is a very motivated individual who thrives to do the best he can for a landlord and is prepared to go the extra mile. In his spare time, Connor likes to socialise with his friends and family as well as staying healthy by going to the gym and playing football.
