    Nigel Price - Chairman, Goadsby Residential
    With nearly 40 years in Estate Agency most of which has been with Goadsby Nigel is now the Chairman of Residential having started as a trainee negotiator in the Bournemouth office in the late 1970s.On a day to day basis Nigel directly oversees our Canford Cliffs, Poole and our two Isle of Purbeck offices in Wareham and Swanage along with his other main role which is the involvement and development of our New Homes operation.When not talking (which is not often!!) about property Nigel can be found with his wife messing about on their motor boat.

    Claire Martin - Lettings Manager
    Claire started with Goadsby in 2012 in our Poole office. Her determination and drive to offer excellent customer service has seen her progress in her career to Lettings Manager; overseeing both the Poole and Broadstone offices.     Mark Sanderson - Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed through to his current role as Lettings Director overseeing the lettings departments in the western region of the company. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits.Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis around the Solent area.

    Oliver Shrubsole - Branch Manager
    Ollie, joined Goadsby in 2018 starting in the Swanage office as a trainee negotiator. Ollie's hard work and likeable personality has seen him progress through the ranks and now oversees the Poole office as Branch Manager. Ollie has an in depth knowledge of the local market and prides himself on high standards of customer service. In his spare time he is often found playing football, cricket and keeping fit in the local gym.
