    Josephine Brown - Lettings Manager
    Josie was born and raised in the Netherlands and initially worked within the hospitality industry where she quickly learnt the importance of impeccable customer service. In 2007 Josie relocated to Swanage and started her career in lettings with Goadsby. She now oversees both the Wareham & Swanage offices and is an accomplished property manager with excellent knowledge of the lettings market.In her spare time Josie enjoys hiking and can often be found walking along the Jurassic coastline or through The New Forest with her family.

    Hannah March - Assistant Manager
    Hannah was born and raised in the Isle of Purbeck and has grown up in this beautiful part of the world. With years of experience working in retail and child care, Hannah has learnt the value of providing excellent customer care and demonstrates this on a daily basis. Having joined Goadsby in 2015, Hannah has worked in Poole, Wimborne and now Wareham giving her extensive knowledge of the surrounding area. With hard work and dedication, Hannah has quickly progressed to Lettings Assistant Manager in the Wareham branch, proving herself to be a valued member of staff.

    Mark Sanderson - Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed to Director overseeing the Residential Lettings Department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits. 
    Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis all over Dorset.

    Gavin Harris - Divisional Director
    Gavin has built a strong local reputation based on his attention to detail and focus on customer service.Originally joining the firm as a Negotiator in 2000 at the Wareham branch, Gavin's career has grown from strength to strength. Now as Divisional Director, Gavin overseas both the Swanage and Wareham offices, bringing with him a wealth of local knowledge and agency experience.Gavin's free time is spent captaining Swanage & Wareham Hockey Club, going for walks in the Isle Of Purbeck and chasing around after his two young daughters.

    Jim Doerr - Joint Residential Managing Director
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Weymouth, Preston and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown and Broadstone. Jim has a passion for sport and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his youngest son and his football team or dozing in a deckchair pretending to watch his eldest son play cricket.
