    Jim Doerr -  Joint Residential Managing Director
    Jim joined Goadsby in 1992 and has worked in numerous branches across the group. Promoted to Divisional Director in 2006, Jim oversaw our largest ever new homes development at Harbour Reach, Poole with sales achieved in excess of £54 million. Jim was promoted to Joint Managing Director in 2018 and having an eye for detail and being a systems man ensures that all the teams that work under him are focused on providing a quality service. He currently oversees our Western offices in, Weymouth, Preston and Bridport as well as Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown and Broadstone. Jim has a passion for sport and when not at work can be found on the touchline cheering on his youngest son and his football team or dozing in a deckchair pretending to watch his eldest son play cricket.

    Gareth Jones - Branch Manager
    Gareth joined Goadsby in 2006, gaining invaluable experience in a number of Goadsby offices in South Dorset and Purbeck over the years, working within different sectors of the market along the way. Currently the Branch manager of the Weymouth office, he prides himself on providing an exceptional level of customer service and care, with a strong focus on ensuring every client's individual needs are catered for from the offset.When he is not in the office, Gareth can be found spending time with his family and two young children. He is a keen rugby fan and also a member of a local gym.

    Glenn Matthews - Lettings Manager
    Glenn re-joined Goadsby in 2018 after beginning his career with the company in 2011. With a brief spell away covering both Weymouth and the Dorchester market he returns as the Lettings Manager at Weymouth. "Glenn is well known throughout the town and his professional, warm approach has placed him in good stead with Landlords.Away from work Glenn likes to spend time with his wife and two children as well as playing golf and watching football.

    Mark Sanderson - Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed through to his current role as Lettings Director overseeing the lettings departments in the western region of the company. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits.Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis around the Solent area.
