Director Chris Malins began his estate agency career as a negotiator in Central Milton Keynes in 1985. A developing career took him through agency management roles with many years in Biggleswade and Stevenage leading more than one operation from start-up to market-leader. His drive to achieve what the customer needs, attention to detail and ability to adapt and develop saw continued success through good and poor markets over the years. Never interested in pure management roles Chris remained hands-on throughout his career and is still happiest right in the thick of it - "people and their homes" he says, "what a fabulous job". His two happy places: "driving from one village valuation to the next on a sunny afternoon with the radio on" and "leaving an after-hours viewing in the dark with an offer to work on". Chris personally conducts all valuations and oversees every transaction from listing to completion.
Partner and co-Director Magie Coyne spent the first part of her career as an OFSTED inspector, moving later into 9 years of residential lettings arbitration whilst managing the couple's own rental portfolio. She is a master of considered judgement and attention to detail and is the backbone of the company's administration and sales progression.

The couple chose Arlesey High Street to live and use as an office base as the area's outlook is rosy.
