Grays Residential Letting is a small, specialised residential letting firm. It is owned and run by Sarah Gray who has been letting houses both in the country and in London (with Savills) for some 20 years. Grays specialise in the kind of home in which you would want to live, from well-presented one bedroomed flats to large family houses. We will not take on any property that we consider unsuitable to be let.
The main source of both tenants and landlords is recommendation and word of mouth – which speaks for itself. There are strong connections with the local farming community, nearby schools and also with the armed services Defence Academy at Shrivenham.
