Groves is the only privately owned independent Estate Agent with offices in Gosforth and Jesmond, in Newcastle upon Tyne, and Morpeth in Northumberland, utilising all branches to fully market all properties.
Established in 1990, the Jesmond office immediately carved a niche in the market providing a "hands on" personal and professional service.
In the early days we were only involved in sales however we soon became aware of the need of a quality lettings agent in the area and subsequently opened our lettings department.
The success of the Jesmond office allowed for expansion, which resulted in the opening of the Gosforth Office in 1999 providing superb display facilities.
Most recently we have opened our new office in Morpeth in Northumberland.
All the partners in the business live in the immediate area and therefore have unrivalled knowledge not only of the housing market but are also aware of local issues.
Our success and thoroughness in marketing has attracted several local builders whom we are now acting for offering a range of new developments throughout the region.
