Up front or No-Sale No-Fee?
You wouldn't normally pay your restaurant bill or tip your waiter before you order your meal, so why would you pay your estate agent before they start marketing? You wouldn't pay in full for a new car four months before you can drive it off the forecourt, so why would you pay your estate agent before you've moved?
At HOMESpartnership we operate a strict No-Sale No-Fee policy - we don't charge a penny until the day you move! The reason for this is that we firmly believe if you pay an estate agent up-front, they have little or no incentive to proactively market your property and negotiate hard to achieve you the best price.
At HOMESpartnership we want to be rewarded for doing our job well; that starts with our valuation where we discuss your circumstances to ensure our marketing corresponds with your plans and expectations, exceptional photography and innovative marketing which includes live chat on our website and additional online marketing including Rightmove.co.uk and OnTheMarket.com.
We advertise weekly in the local press, utilise our extensive database of searching applicants to market your property proactively, accompany viewings wherever possible and check the financial situation of any prospective buyers. Once a sale has been agreed our very own Sarah will look after your transaction until moving day, liaising with all parties to ensure everyone in your chain is working to the same timescale. We can also arrange legal and conveyancing services with financial protection which means you could get a rebate of any legal expenses if things should go wrong through no fault of your own.
No-Sale No-Fee works best for you.....because if we don't sell property we could go out of business, that's one hell of an incentive for us to succeed! No-one pays us until our job is done and we wouldn't want it any other way.
