    We advertise weekly in the local press, utilise our extensive database of searching applicants to market your property proactively, accompany viewings wherever possible and check the financial situation of any prospective buyers. Once a sale has been agreed our very own Sarah will look after your transaction until moving day, liaising with all parties to ensure everyone in your chain is working to the same timescale. We can also arrange legal and conveyancing services with financial protection which means you could get a rebate of any legal expenses if things should go wrong through no fault of your own.

A look back on 2014 at HOMESpartnership

We’ve had a great year at HOMESpartnership and thought we’d share a few of the highlights…..

In January we held our first Landlord Workshop of the year, free to attend and aimed at aspiring Landlords, these popular monthly events started in 2013 and will continue throughout 2015

February saw the launch of our bereavement service in conjunction with Lifetime Legal, helping people at the most difficult of times and saving them £’s on probate services

In March we celebrated our 23rd year of trading in Crawley and in May we celebrated 20 years membership of Relocation Agent Network, specially selected in our area for our local knowledge and above all the level of customer service we provide

In August we announced our ‘Back of Shorts’ sponsorship deal at Crawley Town Football Club for the 2014 / 2015 season

September brought great excitement when we were shortlisted at the Negotiator awards in two categories ‘Best Small Estate agency - Nationally and the Estate Agency of the Year – South East’

In November our company director Tracy Smith attended the Relocation Agent Network annual conference to join a ’business leaders forum’ in front of over 500 estate agents, it was a great honour to be invited to take part and recognition of the high regard for Tracy in our industry

Also in November five of our team and their children joined in the Santa Run at K2 to raise funds for St Catherine’s Hospice, a charity very dear to our heart and whom we have supported for many years now

And the year ended on a high with our boss Tracy Smith winning the title of ‘Sussex Businessperson of the Year’ at a ceremony held at the Grand Hotel Brighton – after 34 years in the business Tracy was delighted to win such a prestigious award

December saw the much needed reforms to Stamp Duty tax, saving buyers £’000s in the majority of cases, the system is now much fairer with no large jumps in tax that have previously blighted house prices around certain thresholds; so all in all 2014 was a great year for HOMESpartnership and the industry as a whole.

We believe 2015 will be a fantastic year to buy and sell property and we also believe lettings will continue to thrive as more investors enter the market. If you will be moving in Crawley or the surrounding villages this year we would be thrilled to help you.
