Halls Estate Agents was established in Ottery St Mary in 1997 and expanded and rebranded to Hall and Scott Estate Agents in 2011 with additional offices in West Hill, Topsham, Sidmouth and Exmouth. Dean MiltonDean began his career in 1986 with a local independent estate agency in Exeter. In 1997 he joined Nick Hall as an original team member of Halls Estate Agent and he has been instrumental in expanding the business as Hall and Scott to include lettings and block property management. -
Team Member
Nick HallNick started in estate agency in 1977 and in 1997 Nick and his wife started Halls Estate Agents in Ottery St Mary. They successfully built the company up to be one of the largest firms in the area. In 2003 they launched their lettings department and in 2006 Halls acquired Huxtables Estate Agency who successfully specialised in Block Property Management and Rentals. -

Nicky StrangeAfter buying her house through Hall and Scott and being so impressed by the service, Nicky joined our West Hill Team in 2015 before moving onto our Ottery St Mary Office and becoming part of the Marketing and New Homes Team. She really enjoys being part of this professional, helpful and friendly team. -

Emily GrahamEmily, an ex pupil of The Kings School was born and raised in Exmouth and began her career in the property industry in 2017. She joined a Corporate Estate Agent in their Lettings department after travelling for 3 months in New Zealand, Fiji and Australia. In June 2019 she then joined us here at Hall and Scott as a Sales Administrator. -

Liz BondLiz moved to East Devon from Surrey in 2015. Having purchased her house through Hall & Scott, she was so impressed with the service she received that she came to work for us in 2017. With a background in Sales and Marketing, Liz enjoys all aspects of being an Estate Agent and has extensive knowledge of the area we cover. As the Sales Progressor for the Ottery office her role is to ensure that every sale and purchase proceeds to a successful completion. -

Harriet SteptoeHarriet moved to Sidmouth, Devon from Buckinghamshire in 2013. Harriet joined Hall & Scott in May 2022 as Sales Administrator. This is a brand new career for Harriet and she is very much looking forward to learning her new role within the company. -

Chris MarneyChris has been working at Hall & Scott for 5 years and is responsible for Operations and Land & New Homes. He has previously ran his own development company and being involved in the Home Improvements industry for over 20 years gives him a unique view from both sides when it comes to New Homes developments. Working closely with land owners and developers to maximise opportunities. In his spare time he is a keen rugby fan and very occasionally can be seen putting on his own boots when he is not in the kitchen cooking up a storm. -

Hannah BoardHannah began her career in the property industry in 2006 where she joined a local Estate Agent in their Surveying department. Moving onto LSL Corporate Client department in 2009 and finally joining Hall and Scott in 2018. She has a variety of knowledge that she brings with her having been in different areas of the industry. Hannah is from Sidmouth and attended Sidmouth College, she has great knowledge of the town where she grew up. Hannah now lives in Ottery St Mary where she is married, with her husband, local tradesman Simon and son Oliver. -

Tina BlountTina has worked in lettings for 17 years and became the lettings manager at Hall and Scott in 2013. She specialises in the Honiton, Ottery St. Mary and Sidmouth areas of East Devon.
