    Hamptons International - Paris Prize Draw


    The promoter of the prize draws is Countrywide Estate Agents trading as Hamptons International (registered number 789476 and registered office at Countrywide House, 88-103 Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldeotte, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK7 8JT) ("Hamptons International").

    2. THE PARIS PRIZE DRAW The title of the prize draw is the Paris prize praw (the "Paris Prize Draw"). Each individual who enters using one of the methods below will be entered into the Paris Prize Draw to win a family trip for four (4) to Paris. (see section 5 for full details)

    There are three methods of entering the Paris Prize Draw:

    1. Every vendor and/or landlord who books a Market Appraisal with Hamptons International (and receives an acknowledgement of such booking) between the dates specified in paragraph 3 below ("Booking"), will be entered into the Paris Prize Draw.

    2. Each of the first place winners of the 'Draw Your Happily Ever After' Prize Draw will be entered into the Paris Prize Draw.

    3. Every person who participates in Hamptons International's online data entry exercise by completing and submitting an online form, and agrees to their details being entered into the Paris Prize Draw, will be automatically entered into the Paris Prize Draw (the "Data Entry Exercise").

    3. HOW TO ENTER Entry to the prize draw will run from 6 February 2017 (the "Opening Date") to midnight on 27 March 2017 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

    All Bookings must be must be made by no later than the Closing Date and all Bookings received after the Closing Date will not entered into the Paris Prize Draw. Upon making a Booking you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

    Hamptons International accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Hamptons International accepts no responsibility for any Bookings which are not completed for any reason.

    Winners of the 'Draw Your Happily Ever After' Prize Draw

    The first place winners of the Hamptons International 'Draw Your Happily Ever After' Prize Draw will be automatically entered into the Paris Prize Draw.

    How to enter by participating in the Data Entry Exercise

    The Data Entry Exercise will be held online via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/HamptonsInt/) or via a link from the Hamptons International website (www.hamptons.co.uk/beautyandthebeast).

    Every person who completes and submits an online Data Entry Exercise form and agrees to their details (email, name, phone number, postcode) being entered into the Paris Prize Draw will be automatically entered into the Paris Prize Draw.


    The Paris Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over and for entrants from the Draw Your Happily Ever After Competition who have a signed Consent Form in accordance with the separate terms and conditions, except:

    (a) employees of Hamptons International or its holding or subsidiary companies;

    (b) employees of agents or suppliers of Hamptons International or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

    (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

    The winner and their guests must be in possession of a valid 5-year passport and have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize holiday. All entry visas, ESTA form, and/or travel documents are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests (including any associated costs if applicable). Winners must provide a copy of their and their guests' passports to ensure their names are spelled correctly and the validity of their passports.

    In entering the Paris Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Hamptons International may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Paris Prize Draw.

    There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person by any method (entrants may only enter the prize draw by one of the three entry methods). Hamptons International reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

    5. THE PRIZE

    The prize is supplied and administered by DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd (company number 8065185 and registered office 107 Bell Street, London NW1JTL (the "Supplier").

    The prize to be won is as follows:

    · Return rail travel from anywhere in the UK to London and then Eurostar to Paris.

    · Transfers from Gare du Nord/hotel/Gare du Nord is included

    · 4-star bed and breakfast Hotel accommodation for three nights/four days

    · Ladurée afternoon tea for family of four

    · Tour of the Palace of Versailles

    · Journey to the top of the Eiffel Tower

    · Travel Insurance is included

    All the above elements are included and the holiday is for a family of four (4) - two (2) adults and two (2) children under twelve (12) years of age. The prize does not include the cost of food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

    As indicated above, winner and their guests will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified, including any applicable costs. Dates once notified to the Supplier cannot be changed.

    ] Hamptons International and the Supplier reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

    6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 07/04/2017 ("Draw Date").

    The result of the prize draw and the decision of Hamptons International is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, United Kingdom House, 180 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN within one (1) month of the Draw Date. 7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE Hamptons International will contact the winner by telephone or email within three (3) days after the Draw Date, using the telephone number and/or email address provided. If the winner does not respond to Hamptons International within twenty (20) calendar days of being notified by Hamptons International, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Hamptons International will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

    The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates will apply unless specifically pre-arranged prior to the competition being run. Blackout dates include peak Christmas (December 10 to January 5 annually) and peak August may not be available to travel. The winner must give at least sixty (60) days' notice prior to their requested departure date. The winner will be requested to provide three separate dates of preferred travel and the Supplier will work towards fulfilling at least one of winner's preferred dates of travel. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those traveling are not changeable without incurring extra fees.

    The winner must go on the trip within twelve (12) months of winning their holiday. If the winner does not travel within twelve (12) months of Draw Date will no longer be entitled to their prize and the prize will be considered null and void.

    The winner must sign a legal indemnity in the form provided by the Supplier prior to departure. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Insofar as is permitted by law, Hamptons International, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Hamptons International, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be used by Hamptons International and passed on to the Supplier or other third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

    Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of

    their name and photograph in any media. 10. GENERAL Participants in this competition are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Hamptons International reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

    Hamptons International reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
