    Over the past ten years Westminster has firmly established itself as a prime residential area with increasing numbers of International buyers acquiring homes for investment or to live in. Quiet residential Victorian terraces dominate the area giving it a tranquil village like atmosphere.     Both areas offer a wide selection of shops and restaurants, primarily along Warwick Way and Victoria street, which also boasts Cardinal Place shopping centre. The transport links are superb. Victoria mainline station has a direct train link to Gatwick airport and provides underground connections for The Circle, District and Victoria tube lines. Further underground stations include St. James's Park, Pimlico and Westminster (Jubilee line to Canary Wharf financial centre).

    Pimlico is one of London's more desirable areas, it plays host to a raft of fine Victorian architecture. Found to the south of Belgravia, the area forms a part of the City of Westminster - a quick walk around the district won't fail to impress, the large rows of uniform properties are quite spectacular.
