      I'm one of two part-time company directors of a small property investment & development company - Prestantia Properties Ltd. We are fairly new to the industry and having barely surpassed two years in operation I can say that we have certainly been on a steep learning curve, making our fair share of mistakes along the way! We acquired our fourth development property at the start of the year (2015) but it would be our first for the Croxley Green area. Going in to this project presented an element of uncertainty and risk as the property was heavily dilapidated upon purchase and we had no prior experience in this location. However, we decided to invite various agents from the local area to meet us on site to discuss their opinion of what would work best for renovations in order to maximise resale potential. After meeting with a number of agents, we felt most confident in the advice and marketing prospects offered by Chris at Hamptons' Rickmansworth branch.
