    Grace Oakey (Property Valuer)
    Grace grew up in Northumberland in a village called Longhorsley, with her mum Lucy and sister Alice and their dogs and horses.

    After finishing her A Levels at KEVI in Morpeth, Grace went to Harper Adams University to study Rural Property and Land Management and specialise in her final year in Rural Property Management.

    Since graduating, Grace previously worked for a small local firm but has since joined H&H and is really look forward to the opportunities that this brings. 

    Grace loves the British countryside and spending time with her little jack Russell Oaty Biscuit. She loves cooking, baking and is obsessed with Emma Bridgewater.

    Sarah Parsons (Sales Negotiator)
    Sarah grew up in Hertfordshire in the South and moved to Cumbria just over 10 years ago, after spending many cherished family holidays in Borrowdale.

    Sarah has worked as a Sales Negotiator for a small local firm gaining valuable experience and knowledge of Estate Agency, before joining H&H. Sarah looks forward to the career opportunities H&H can offer and where this may take her.

    Sarah's big love is property renovation and the challenges this brings. Having just moved into a new home, is experiencing all the ups and down's of renovating an older property. Sarah loves to share her vision and inspiration for properties to help people realise what they can achieve.

    In her spare time, when she's not painting or up a scaffold Sarah loves to visit the lakes with her little boy and Husband walking and going off for adventures in the Motorhome.

    Andrew has more than 15 years' experience in property originally managing the Lettings Department in our Carlisle branch before moving through to the sales team to assist the senior valuer. He has a wealth of knowledge in property in the Cumbria area and opened the new branch in Penrith in January 2016.

    Hannah looks after all things marketing here at H&H Land & Estates, both print and digital. Hannah looks for the best way to provide value to our clients through our news posts, guides, printed materials and social interactions. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys training with the ladies team at Penrith Rugby Club, going to the gym and relaxing. An organised and productive day is a good day for Hannah, followed by an evening of doing nothing!

    Prior to starting her apprenticeship at H&H Land and Estates, Emily completed her A Levels at Newman Catholic School, Carlisle where she achieved 2 A*'s and a B. She is always keen to learn and puts her all into every task that is put forward to her. Her main ambition is to continue working at H&H after she has completed her apprenticeship and is qualified in marketing and social media. Her daily tasks involve making and distributing social media posts, advertisements and keeping the website up to date with news articles and insights.
