Jamie Harris - Director

Chances are if you have moved house in the last 43 years in Worle or Weston you will be familiar with Jamie. Having worked in the industry since he was 17, there are few to rival his experience and knowledge. Jamie previously managed a well know estate agency, winning office of the year on several occasions before setting up Harris & Lee which many felt he should have done years before he did.

His co-director Lee says 'Jamie is the consummate professional who treats everybody with courtesy and integrity, I would not have gone into partnership with anyone else'. 'Much of Jamie's business comes through recommendation and reputation and the simple fact that he has probably acquired as many friends and contacts as he has house sales illustrates the respect many have for him'.

Lee Murfitt - Director

Lee Murfitt has over 25 years experience in Estate Agency which he embarked upon after living abroad for a few years supporting his parents with a bar/restaurant venture in Tenerife. Starting as a trainee negotiator Lee progressed to a senior branch manager for a highly respected Estate Agency in Weston before joining forces with his business partner Jamie Harris.

Lee is a self confessed perfectionist who takes pride in presenting properties in their very best light and when he is not taking a 'perfect sunny front shot' or producing an accurate floor plan, he is cleaning the office (or his car) to convey the right image to his customers.

Jamie says: 'Lee has a 'sixth sense' when it comes to reading situations and buyers preferences which often helps produce a very secure sale for our sellers. He would also make a great 'Mrs Mop! '

Adam Wintle - Senior Negotiator

After working for a large corporate company, starting as trainee negotiator back in 2010 and working up to the role of Branch Manager, I have gained a wealth of knowledge within the property industry and strive to ensure my clients receive the best service.

Having previously been in competition with Harris and Lee and seeing how Jamie and Lee opened their doors and quickly became a leading name in Weston's property market, I knew that if the chance ever arose I would relish the opportunity to work alongside them and further enhance my career and their continually growing business. Sarah took a slightly different route to Harris & Lee. Having previously worked in retail for 6 years putting her people skills to very good use.

Sarah purchased her first home in Worle through Harris & Lee, naturally very impressed with her experience when Harris & Lee were looking to strengthen and add to the team, Sarah jumped at the opportunity to get into a role she had long been interested in.

I first contacted Lee over 12 months ago with very exact requirements in terms of house and location that me and family wished for, I carried out this process with all the other estate agents locally. I cannot speak how impressed I was, over the last 12 months I had regular contact from the Harris and Lee team with out fail and only relevant properties e-mailed across to me, unlike others that sent everything but what I wanted to purchase. Throughout this time I built a good rapport with the Harris and Lee team and they knew exactly what we were looking for, then just as we were about to give up hope out of the blue I got a call from Lee, advising that our dream property is potentially coming to the market and Lee managed to secure an immediate appointment before it came to Market. We had some reservations at the start regarding the property but Lee really helped us with our decision process by being direct and questioning our thoughts in a positive way. Lee then placed our current house on the market and the quality of service continued, I cannot speak highly enough down to the quality of the details and pictures that were used. Kia showed the majority of potential customers around and always provided outstanding feedback. They sold our house within 3 days as like with me on my house search they really got to know what potential buyers are/were looking for so matched house to buyers perfectly. Kia was a absolute star in negotiating our sale price and purchase price and worked hard to ensure a successful negotiation, very knowledgeable and approachable thank you. Once we sold the excellent service continued, Jamie met with my solicitor weekly to seek an update on the position of the chain and always kept me informed weekly of the progress and was absolutely key in achieving our quick exchange date thank you very much. I cannot praise and recommend the team highly enough at Harris and Lee and it was a complete breath of fresh air to deal with such a fantastic pro active local company without the need of chasing progress.
