      An excellent service all round from Haybrook
      I feel the need to point out what excellent service I have had all round from Haybrook in Sheffield. The whole experience was made easy and stress free, from the moment Christina came to value the house, right through to Helen confirming the purchase had gone thorough last week. The level of professionalism and service is second to none, I was seriously considering using an on-line service and selling the property myself, I'm so glad I didn't. Even though this would have been cheaper, I feel 100% that I have had complete value for money and would recommend both Haybrook and especially Helen & Christina to anyone who is thinking of selling. Our house went on-line on a Monday; Christina had already arranged two viewings beforehand. She actively got people and, the right people through the door. Our first offer was for asking price, which we accepted and that was the house sold. Helen from there on then chase the relevant people, all parties solicitors etc. Our selling process was not an easy one in terms of mortgages and dealing with the legal side of things, However, Helen rang me every week without fail and kept up to date and advised me on what was should be happening.       I have been very impressed with Haybrook Hillsborough team and will use them in future. As a prospective buyer four years ago I was impressed with the flexible viewing times and salesmanship of the staff at Hillsborough Branch so I chose them to sell my property in December 2014. Linda was very informative, friendly and helpful from the start. Pictures and listing were quick and quality, whilst the valuation met with my expectations. Being close to Christmas things were initially slow but I was called each week and informed of my advert performance and reassured that things would pick up in February. They sure enough did and I accepted an offer on the 10th of Feb and was handed over to the Sale Progression Team. Helen and Joanne have been excellent since I began dealing with them. They have kept me informed at every stage. Initially these were weekly updates to help manage my expectations but as time has gone on sale progression has been more and more important. It's helpful to have someone chasing things daily for you and have one point of contact instead of chasing several 3rd parties yourself. It's also invaluable to have the experience and insight on hand and to feel like you have the full understanding and support of your agent. The whole process has been very stressful simply because of its nature but both Helen and Joanne have coped well with my constant questions, enquiries and frustrations and kept me clear of meltdown which in my opinion could easily happen to anyone buying and selling in a chain.
