    In 2020 one of Bognor's longest serving Letting Agents - AC Lettings joined forces in a working partnership with Henry Adams to create one of the largest Lettings offices in the area. 

    Our dedicated Lettings Office is located in the centre of the town situated in Lyon Street. We offer a comprehensive, efficient and friendly service to Landlords and tenants. We cover a vast area including Yapton, Barnham and Walberton.

    AC Lettings was formed in 1986 as Aldwick and Craigwell Estate Agents which merged with Henry Adams in September 2020.  Henry Adams was first formed in 1990 by the late Henry Adams, who had previously been a partner of another local independent firm, and who had worked alongside many of the farmers in the area for many years. Henry conducted livestock auctions in Chichester as long ago as the 1960's, and brought with him a huge wealth of experience. Pictured are the details of the first property we ever sold. Now with a network of offices across Sussex and into Hampshire and Surrey, we have grown into one of the leading multi discipline firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors in the region.

    Lee has lived in West Sussex all his life and began his career in property management 31 years ago when he started his own very successful consultancy business. He managed AC Letting for over 22 years before the merge with Henry Adams and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local property market.

    Jodie Gregory MARLA - Lettings Director
     Jodie is the Lettings Director at our Bognor & Aldwick Office. Jodie looks after the day to day running of the Lettings department and is the first point of contact for many of our landlords and tenants. Jodie is a qualified ARLA agent having passed the Technical Award in Residential Lettings so can assist with all Letting related matters.

    Rachel Mills - Senior Office Administrator 
    Rachel has lived in Bognor Regis all her life. She worked for AC Letting for 6 years before the merge with Henry Adams and is responsible for the overall front office administration.
