When asking for a valuation they put the work in and showed me their market research, whereas others just threw out a number.HW's valuation was lower than some but this ended up being MUCH more realistic! If I had gone with higher valuations I would still be sitting on an unsold property and in a very difficult financial situation. I needed to sell, and HW worked with me to get a good price that was realistic, not an inflated price that would have left me with no viewings in what is proving to be a very difficult market.If you're looking to sell in the area they have my unqualified recommendation.
