Group Director, Stephen Groves has lived and worked in and around the area of Urmston all his life, having being 'born and bred' in Davyhulme where better to start your own business. After gaining experience and thriving within corporate estate agency for nearly 10 years opening his own agency was the next step for Stephen. Having owned and experienced the successful running his own estate and letting agency since November 2007, when the property market was a completely different proposition, the decision to acquire a larger and more prominent office along with a more fresh and modern brand was taken and this is where Home Estate Agents was born.
Along with Group Director Stephen Groves, Home Estate Agents has two further joint directors. Steven Peck, joint Director of Home Estate Agents Stretford who has nearly 20 years of independent business experience and knowledge and Nick Braiden, joint Director of Home Estate Agents Monton who has 10 years of estate agency experience at both independent and corporate level. Together they have 40 plus years of industry, business and local knowledge offering a great support network to both the company and their clients.
Stephen, Steve, Nick and their teams believe that it's not just about sitting back and letting things happen, which is why big changes needed to happen to grow even further.
One of the most important days in the company's history was 19th January 2013 when we moved to a flagship building at 1 Crofts Bank Road, Urmston as well as opening a new, additional office in Stretford, 145 Barton Road, Stretford. You know how important location is, so you'll appreciate that having central, high profile offices in the heart of the areas mean we will be able to market the sale or letting of your property in a highly visible and productive way between our network of office positions. All offices are finished to the highest of standards ensuring vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants all feel as comfortable as possible.
The HOME brand is constantly growing. We are always looking to improve the services we offer to our clients and after monitoring the market in 2015 we launch our newest office in the village of Monton situated in the city of Salford. As areas go being one of Urmston's neighbours we see clients moving between the areas of Trafford and Salford. Now with three interlinked offices and our experienced teams on hand we really can help clients move with the smallest amount of hassle and stress.
September 2014 was our most successful month on record for both the sales and lettings side of the business. Over the years we have noticed social media become a large way we market properties as well as to promote the HOME brand.
