Established in 1997 and located in the city centre of Oxford, Homefinders is an independent Company which specialises in Property Management and Lettings of all types of residential property. Since 1997, Homefinders has been one of Oxford’s leading Agent’s for residential lettings. Our aim is to provide a high level of service for Landlords, and an efficient, effective and courteous service for both tenants and potential tenants. A dedicated team of six trained staff will be on hand to deal with any queries.
Homefinders handles all types of residential letting, both large & small, including rooms in shared city centre buildings, studio apartments, larger apartments, houses for professionals, houses for students and retirement flats. Homefinders also handles Block Management for freeholders & leaseholders of blocks of apartments.
A separate scheme is run for the student portfolio; Homefinders can advise potential landlords of the advantages of letting to students and also the areas and types of property which are most suitable.
Available properties are advertised widely, both in the local press and in many different local publications.
Our clients live in many different parts of this country and the world and are confident that we are looking after their properties and ensuring that tenants are found, the rent collected and the maintenance of the properties is carried out in the same way as if the client was living in the property.

* A.R.L.A. - The Association of Rental and Letting Agents. Homefinders is a licensed A.R.L.A. Agent and are "bonded" for Lettings & Management. This means that all clients’ monies (rents and deposits) are kept in a separate clients’ account. Professional Indemnity Insurance is also held. Our books are audited each year, so landlords and tenants can rest assured that all monies we collect on their behalf are safe in our hands.
* N.A.L.S. - The National Approved Letting Scheme. Homefinders act as one of their local agents in Oxford. We abide by their rules of conduct and adhere to their high standards of service.
