Homes and Finance is Teesside’s newest addition to the property market. As well as being a buying, selling and letting agent, the Yarm-based company also provides mortgage, re-mortgage, pension, investment, savings and insurance services.
The family-owned business is managed by husband and wife team, Dave and Jackie Bassett, who have many years of experience in the industry.
Homes and Finance serves the property hotspots of Yarm and the surrounding areas and already has some of the North East’s most sought after locations and homes on its books.
Councillor Jennie Beaumont, the Mayor of Stockton, officially opened the business in February 2005. She said: “Homes and Finance is testament to the booming property market in the Tees Valley and I was very pleased to be asked to come and open the new business. It is always very satisfying to see local people working hard to increase opportunities in the area and I wish the company every success for the future.”
