We first met Michael when we viewed (and subsequently purchased) in Bembridge. Michael managed to arrange all our viewings on the same day, making it extremely convenient for us visiting from the mainland (he was the only agent we approached on the IOW who was able to do this). I should like to commend Robert Wickham at HRD Bembridge for handling my house sale with great efficiency, and for most definitely going the extra mile! At first, when the sale and my intended purchase were going smoothly, he was pleasant and tactful in guiding me through the various processes, and in ensuring that everything that had to be done was done. But when my buyer's chain broke and everything seemed to be falling apart he was a real friend. When my buyer's chain was reconstructed, I had lost my intended purchase, and Robert did far more than I could have expected to help and advise me. I'd like to add that the whole team at HRD Bembridge has been excellent throughout, making me feel valued as a person, not just as a person with a house to sell.

I have been involved in property for many years, on both sides of the fence, and also for other clients as well as personal, and I can honestly say I've never met a better negotiator than Robert in all those years. Do not be fooled by the fresh face, this young man is as dedicated and hard working to his profession as a person can be. I found him to be up front, honest and a real pleasure to do business with.
