    Kimberley Summers (Branch Lettings Manager)
    Kimberley began her career in lettings in March 2015 and joined Hose Rhodes Dickson's Shanklin office in May 2017. Starting as a consultant, she progressed to become the branch manager in January 2020. In her capacity as Branch Manager, Kimberley assumes a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless operation of the Shanklin office. Her responsibilities span a spectrum of crucial tasks, including offering invaluable guidance to landlords throughout the lettings process, conducting insightful market appraisals, overseeing property instructions, engaging in pre-tenancy negotiations, and ensuring that client landlords remain fully compliant with the ever-evolving legislative landscape.

    I have been within the property sector since November 2019 and joined HRD in June 2022. I am very passionate about property and the ever changing legislations which are introduced in association with letting properties and understanding the importance of our landlords being compliant. I continually strive to promote customer wellbeing and positive experiences in order to allow a smooth transition and enjoyable service from application to move in for both tenants and landlords. My daily tasks include attention to inbound enquiries from tenants, landlords, applicants and investors. To carry out viewings, market appraisals and pre tenancy negotiations. To offer advice to landlords and tenants to guide them through the lettings process and ensure the latest legalities are being complied too.
