    Managing Director - John Harrison
    John started his estate agency career in 2000 straight from university and quickly established himself locally within the industry. He became the first person in history to pass the Countrywide Senior Manager Development Program with distinction and in 2020 was named one of the top 5 estate agents in the UK at the ESTAs National Estate Agent of the Year awards. He's a keen follower of all sports and loves nothing more than walking with his partner Leanne and little boy Zac.

    Director - Leanne Williams
    Leanne was co-founder of Houseclub in 2015 and assists with administration, branding and the smooth running of business operations. Leanne is a keen walker and is passionate about the presentation of our brand. She graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2001 and also runs her own successful podiatry business.

    Valuer - Sara-Louise Butler
    Starting her Estate Agency career in 2011, Sara has covered many areas of residential sales and lettings, including best and final offers, auctions and probate sales. In 2017 she made the move to work for a global machinery company, expanding her knowledge of Sales and Marketing. After a year in the position, she returned to the property industry as a Sales and Lettings Valuer for a local firm of estate agents, as she realised property was where her heart was set. In her spare time she loves spending time with her young family, riding her horses and enjoying all things countryside.

    Valuer - Tom Dunning-Lewis
    Having grown up in Lancaster, Tom brings a breadth of marketing and PR experience, having worked with brands such as Disney, UKTV Gold and Beatrix Potter on their branding and strategy. With a love for property, he will be combining digital marketing techniques with local knowledge to help you get the best price for your home. In his spare time, Tom enjoys nothing more than an afternoon in the garden with his cat, tending to his sizeable collection of houseplants.

    Property Consultant - Mollie Stalker MNAEA LLB 
    Mollie has been with us since 2020 starting hopefully a long career in the property industry, having spent her previous years in customer service and administrative roles. She's also a law graduate, a degree which she was studying part-time over the past few years, even whilst travelling in New Zealand for 6 months! Outside of work, she spends her time at the gym, out walking, enjoying a lovely meal, and having a few cocktails with her friends and family around the local area. Mollie is a highly skilled sales negotiator who'll handle front end enquiries, taking control of the clients journey from finding a property to exchanging contracts and ultimately getting the keys.

    Property Consultant - Sarah Haley MNAEA LLB
    Sarah has been with us since 2019, following a successful five years in the rental sector. Sarah loves the outdoors and spends her weekends mountain biking, mountain boarding, paddle boarding and hiking. In her downtime she enjoys playing the piano, reading and movies. Sarah's role as our Senior Negotiator involves generating leads and viewings, offering practical advice and feedback to our vendor clients as well as negotiating and progressing sales.

    Viewer - Amy Wood
    Amy spent her childhood in the local area, moved away to complete her business degree, returning to raise a family in the beautiful Lancaster and Morecambe area. She has worked in sales and education for most of her professional career. What she loves about being a viewer for Houseclub is that every property is perfect for someone, and that everybody has a different story. She enjoys reading, baking, walking and spending time with her family.

    Viewer - David Couperthwaite
    David is an experienced hand having been in the property sector for over 15 years. He is a keen walker and follower of Liverpool Football Club. He resides in the beautiful village of Dolphinholme where he has been for many years. David is our Viewer so his key responsibility is conducting viewings and providing the sales staff with accurate feedback from viewings to relay to our valued vendor clients.

    Viewer - Jane Jarvis
    Jane was born in Ulverston and has worked as a nurse but has always had a passion for property, particularly eco housing. Having moved to Lancaster a few years ago she is currently undertaking a retrofit of a soon to be lovely traditional Lancaster terraced house. While studying for a science degree with Open University in her spare time, being a viewer with Houseclub is a perfect match for Jane's interests, helping clients find their perfect property.
