    With some minor exceptions such as listed buildings, every home for sale or let requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our in-house dedicated energy assessor Thomas Fretwell can produce an EPC at a time to suit you and is qualified to ABBE Level 3- the highest qualification in this field.

    We can also produce coloured floorplans using advanced software, either 2D or 3D. Having a floorplan means that prospective buyers already know the layout when they come to view so they help prevent unwarranted viewings.

    To achieve the best price we believe great presentation is vital. Making your property stand out really can mean a difference to the price you receive. That's why our staff have received photography training enabling them to produce the right images as part of our standard service. And if it's needed then as part of our tailored service we can arrange for a professional photographer to photograph your home.
