      With some minor exceptions such as listed buildings, every home for sale or let requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our in-house dedicated energy assessor Thomas Fretwell can produce an EPC at a time to suit you and is qualified to ABBE Level 3- the highest qualification in this field.

      We can also produce coloured floorplans using advanced software, either 2D or 3D. Having a floorplan means that prospective buyers already know the layout when they come to view so they help prevent unwarranted viewings.

      To achieve the best price we believe great presentation is vital. Making your property stand out really can mean a difference to the price you receive. That's why our staff have received photography training enabling them to produce the right images as part of our standard service.         East Grinstead is a major town amongst our network of offices. Its history dates back over many centuries and is witnessed by the fine timbered historic buildings in the High Street and the parish church that stands proudly on highest ground in the area.

        The town has much to offer with a wide range of local stores as well as many national retailers and also supermarkets catering for all daily needs.

        There is a good selection of both state and independent schools in the vicinity. Sporting and recreational facilities are catered for and the "Kings Centre" has an indoor swimming pool complex.

        Commuters are served by East Grinstead railway station which provides services to London whilst the M23 motorway can be accessed at Copthorne which then links to Gatwick Airport. East Grinstead is surrounded by open countryside and from parts of the town, Ashdown Forest can be seen in the distance.
