Our Oxted Office was opened in 1923 and today is one of our multi-discipline offices, located centrally within the town commanding an advantageous High Street position, easily accessible and well placed for prominent advertising of clients properties using our large display windows.
Keith Whittington and his team run our residential sales department and we also have a long established residential lettings and property management department headed by Georgina Stanyer. Other services offered from the branch include commercial sales, lettings and management, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, and professional valuations for lending, tax purposes, etc.
The branch covers the town and surrounding areas such as Hurst Green, Limpsfield, Westerham, Tandridge, Warlingham, Woldingham, Godstone and South Godstone.
