Starting originally in Bath in 2005, Hunter French now have a coverage of four offices. The following locations in Corsham, Devizes and Frome were opened in 2007, 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Potential buyers can even register themselves on our website making it a great and easy way to build up a large amount of applicants who are all contacted when a property is placed onto the market that suits their requirements, either by email or telephone.

Once we have successfully found you a buyer for your property we continue to be actively involved with the progression of your sale. From contacting solicitors to answering simple questions your buyers may have about the house we are here to be a great middle-man and port of call for sellers, buyers and also solicitors, surveyors and mortgage companies.
Accompanied Viewings and Constructive Feedback
A member of the team will always accompany potential purchasers around your property on a viewing. This member of staff will be in-the-know of relevant information about the property. After the viewing we will contact you with initial comments and thoughts from the viewers then the following day, after they have had time to discuss we will contact them to gain further information on whether your property is the right home for them.
Competitive Fees and No Lengthly Contracts
Our fees are competitively priced for the market and we work on a no sale no fee basis, therefore we have a great incentive to sell your property. We also find that clients stay marketing with Hunter French because they are very happy with the service we provide; therefore we do not require any lengthy contracts of 12 or 16 weeks and just ask for two weeks notice if you wish to withdraw the property from the market with us.
