Hunter French Estate Agents was founded in 2005 by Stephen Hunter and Karen Dumine both of whom had been working in corporate Estate Agency since 1996 and 1988 respectively.
They decided to join forces and opened an Estate Agency that actually focused on selling property rather than mortgages, overseas homes and insurances!
In 2007 their second branch was opened in Corsham, followed by Devizes, Frome and Tetbury. In 2019 Hunter French opened their office in Bruton - followed by Wincanton in 2021 and Castle Cary in April 2022 - headed up by Director Karen Dumine and local Castle Cary resident - Branch Partner, David Waterhouse.
Karen has a wealth of incredible knowledge in the property industry. She has not only helped hundreds of people move in her career but has also been involved in property renovation, holiday lets, short term rentals – she has even written about property and been published in newspapers and magazines.
