    Mat Barnes, Co Founder & Director has a passion for selling houses. Mat launched Spire Estates back in 1997 & in 2017 became an independently owned part of Hunters - the UK's favourite estate agency.Hunters is one of the leading agents in the Chesterfield area and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Mat strives to assist all customers by offering a quality service & heads up the team at Hunters Chesterfield. 

    When Mat isn't working - he enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa & three grown up lads. In the last few years he is now a very proud grandad! Loves holidays, cycling & watching a game of rugby with a pie & a pint.
