    Jonathon de Maid - Partner
    Jonathon started his career in 1979 at Colin Gray in Chislehurst, a market leader in its time. In 1989 he became a local board director of TSB property services where his responsibilities included expansion and marketing. In 1996 he started jdm Estate Agents with wife Margaret & brother Jeremy. Jonathon has been instrumental in the growth of jdm to five residential branches incorporating Lettings, New Homes and strategic Land Management.

    Jeremy de Maid - Partner
    Jeremy has worked in the industry since 1987, working his way up through the ranks ultimately being responsible for a local office at the original family business, Alan de Maid Estate Agents. He started jdm Estate Agents with his brother Jonathon in 1996. Jeremy oversees the operations at Locksbottom, Bromley and Petts Wood and residential lettings. A large amount of his time is also spent developing and growing the business.

    Richard Piddock - Partner
    Richard's career started in 1986, and went on to manage offices in Orpington and Bromley. He joined Alan de Maid in 1989 as a Manager and progressed to Associate Director. In 1998 he joined Jonathon de Maid as partner at the Chislehurst office and has extended his participation in the growth of jdm. Richard divides his time between the Chislehurst and the Blackheath branch. He is also integral to the future development of jdm.

    Andrew is local to Bromley and left his home country of Australia in 2005 to pursue an around the world holiday.     Laura joined jdm 12 years ago as a show home assistant after taking maternity leave from a long career in London in the Financial Markets sector. Laura has subsequently progressed through all aspects of the Estate Agency business with jdm to her current role as Valuer/Senior Negotiator in the Bromley office. Laura has lived in the Bromley Borough for the last 20 years and has an extensive working and social knowledge of the area.
