    Jeremy has worked in the industry since 1987, working his way up through the ranks ultimately being responsible for a local office at the original family business, Alan de Maid Estate Agents. He started jdm Estate Agents with his brother Jonathon in 1996. Jeremy oversees the operations at Locksbottom, Bromley and Petts Wood and residential lettings.     John Richardson entered estate agency in 1987 working in Locksbottom and rising to a managerial position before moving to Chislehurst in 1992 where he enjoyed success for 13 years. In 2005 John joined jdm in the Locksbottom Office, working to build the business to a level which has led to the opening of the new office in 2014.
