We were very happy to listen to James' initial advice on a valuation and marketing and by co-incidence also ended purchasing our new home with them. They handled our viewings and we were fortunate to find a buyer with the first couple of weeks. Both our sale and purchase ended up being quite complex transactions and the staff helped us navigate through some sensitive and challenging hurdles. They are professional and lovely people too and they certainly helped us retain our sense of humor and perspective (most of the time).
