John Day is a well established company dating from 1924. The present office in Keyworth was opened in 1980 and is now in the hands of the present proprietors Peter and James Sams. Peter and James are Chartered Surveyors and already operate a surveying practice in the locality
The company specialises in the sale of residential properties in south Nottinghamshire, particularly in the Keyworth area and surrounding villages of Wysall, Widmerpool, Willoughby-on-the- Wolds and Kinoulton.

Keyworth is a well established commuter village in the Borough of Rushcliffe and lies some seven miles to the South of Nottingham City Centre.
There are frequent bus services to Nottingham together with excellent road links to the M1 motorway,the East Midlands Airport, Leicester, Derby, Birmingham and London. Fast Rail links to London are available from Nottingham together with nearby Loughborough and Grantham.
Keyworth has good local shops with more comprehensive facilities in nearby West Bridgford and of course Nottingham.
