    Top tip for buyer or seller?Top tip for buyer is try to visualise the property as it would be if they were the vendors. Look past any mess or clutter. Understand that it is someone's home and to respect it. Top tip for seller, dress your home as nicely as possible. Keep it tidy. Try to think if you were looking around, would you be impressed. Don't take to heart negative feedback but use it to work with.

    What would be your dream home? My dream home has always been a property in Woodhouse Eaves on School Lane. A typical English chocolate box large cottage. If money was no object I would have it (if only).

    What would be your dream home? A country cottage in the middle of nowhere - I would love to have no neighbours, just a few sheep!!

Coming up with new ideas, receiving compliments from sellers about our property brochures, getting an insight into how people present their homes, when beautiful or quirky properties come onto the market with us, making clients happy and when the JG team exceed a customers expectations (selling a property within a fews days, getting above asking price, saving a difficult sale) - oops I've got a few!

    Top tip for buyer or seller? Seller: Keep your property clean & clutter free and use homely touches (fresh flowers, new bedding, nice lighting etc) and remember to hide the following on the day we come to take photos; shoes in hallway, family photographs, laundry, shampoo bottles in the shower, towels hanging over the bath and yes move the cat off the bed! Buyer: Register with us and also Like our Facebook page for sneak previews of properties before they go onto Rightmove.

    What would be your dream home? A contemporary barn conversion with floor to ceiling windows, a few log-burners for a cosy feel, in a lovely village with lots of cafes and restaurants. Mill Farm, Netherseal is something I have my eye on!
