My business is proud of it's excellent and longstanding reputation for letting and managing a handpicked collection of prime rental homes around the Prestbury, Marclesfield, and Wilmslow areas of Cheshire.
I am John Brown and I specialise in representing landlords who own only the best examples of property at all rent levels. My collection ranges from around £600 to well in excess of £3000 per month. I have apartments, terraces, town houses, detached homes, houses with land and farms.
I offer 'Letting Only' or 'Full Management'. I treat each of the houses under my charge as if they were my own and I care for them accordingly. All are properly prepared and cleaned for each letting, and I insisthat they are returned to me at the end of every tenancy in the same condition.
Many of my clients have been with me for years and they include people posted overseas as well as investors. Most of my tenants come from the corporate sector and all are thoroughly vetted by me prior to signing any lease. I use assured shorthold agreements under the 1988 Housing Act for private tenants and bespoke leases for corporate applicants.
I have 30 years experience in property management and I believe in providing a professional and personal service. My clients and tenants know that they can contact me 24 hours a day year round.
I have always maintained separate Clients Accounts and Professional Indemnity insurance.
