Jon opened the business in April 2004 (originally as RE/MAX franchise) with the aim of providing clients with an unrivalled personal and professional service. Jon re-branded the estate agency in June 2007 as he felt that to provide a professional and more personal service to all clients within the local area, independence was required.

    Julie Barks - Senior Sales Negotiator
    Julie has been a member of the Jon Brambles team for a number of years and has a wealth of experience in residential property sales. On a day-to-day basis Julie is heavily involved in maintaining contact with all buyers and vendors; conducting viewings and negotiating property sales.

    Nicola Chandler is the proprietor of Fenwold Financial Services and as such has access to the mortgage market. As an independent mortgage advisor, Nicola is able to provide a comprehensive range of mortgages and associated products. Her advice and service are provided free of charge to the client and she operates from within our offices 2 days a week. She is of course available at all other times via telephone and e-mail.
