    Jon established the business in 2004 and spends his time equally between the Newark and Grantham offices. He has a very 'hands on approach' and therefore continues to conduct a significant number of valuations and viewings. His passion is to exceed customer expectations and he thoroughly enjoys meeting clients from all walks of life. In his spare time, Jon can be seen (often wearing outlandish trousers) hacking his way around the local golf course!

    Vicky plays a key role within the organisation and provides all the administrative support required to keep a dynamic business functioning effectively.     Steve has worked in estate agency at different stages of his life since 1989 and so has a wealth of experience. Originally from north London (a Tottenham and Barnet fan), Steve relocated to Lincoln in 2007. Steve has a huge passion for property, and see's his role as a senior valuer as his perfect job for life! Out of work, Steve loves spending time with his family, plays badminton and is football mad.
