      I managed the sale of my parents house from a distance of 70 miles. My parents are very elderly but the staff at Keats, particularly Mark, were very caring and sympathetic to my parents feelings and circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark even accompanied my father (91yrs) to attend an independent solicitor to swear a Stautory Declaration. At the end of the sale process Mark played a big role in liaising with the purchasers solicitors which had a positive effect on making sure we hit our completion deadline.
