        Liphook is a large thriving Hampshire village set close to the borders of Surrey and Sussex. It is surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected countryside on the boundary of the new South Downs National Park.

        The village offers an excellent range of everyday shopping facilities, well regarded schools for all ages and a variety of community activities. There are two golf courses, and a range of sporting and recreational activities are available locally.

        Liphook has a main line station offering a regular rail service to Waterloo in about one hour. The A3 trunk road passes adjacent to the village and provides quick access to London (50 miles), Portsmouth (25 miles) and Guildford (18 miles). Heathrow and Gatwick Airports can be reached in less than an hour by road.
