Kenneally Property Services (KPS Ltd) formed in 2008 to take over the Peterborough residential lettings portfolio of the well-respected national and international Estate Agency Savills. KPS continues to have close professional ties with Savills, particularly with the local Savills branches in Oundle and Stamford. With sound experience in the residential lettings industry both with a locally based partnership Dickens Watts and Dade, and then the nationally and internationally renowned Savills, Deborah also has an extensive background of retail and customer services management. Her passion is to ensure all clients receive a personal, friendly and efficient service, supported by years of industry experience, whilst maximizing rental returns for her clients. Deborah oversees all aspects of the business, but primarily focuses on new business, business development and sales
Deborah is an individual Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and has gained ARLA 1 Foundation Level and ARLA 11 Advanced Level certificates, Financial Planning Certificates FPC1 and FPC2.
