Kennedys, Tadworth -Land & New Homes
The summer of 2004 saw the arrival of Kennedys’; being the realisation of Peter Kennedy, an agent of some 18 years in both corporate and independent environments; this new company gave him the opportunity to create a fresh new, vibrant agency.
Since then, the realisation of Peter’s ethos has become increasingly recognised by sellers and buyers alike; from the instantly recognised script and olive green of the logo, to the sign written BMW cars, the user friendly website, www.kennedys-ipa.co.uk, the distinctive boards, the extensive web and media based marketing which includes Avid, Surrey Downs, Rightmove, FindaProperty and of course their own in-house magazine “Signature”, not to mention the virtual tours, floor plan, bespoke brochures, and the quality of service that is offered by all staff members, 3 of which are Kennedy’s themselves.
Now based in their new offices at 48 Walton Street, the company aims to increase its market share within the areas of Tadworth, Walton on the Hill, Kingswood, Chipstead, Epsom, Epsom Downs, Burgh Heath, Box Hill, Headley, Betchworth, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Tyrells Wood, Fetcham and Bookham.
