      UNBELIEVABLE!!!!         My house had been on the market previously with two different national estate agents for a total of two years at £165,000. Between them they managed four viewings which all turned out to be time wasters. I couldn't understand it all as I have a lovely house and no one was even coming to look at it. So I took it off the market before Christmas last year.

      I decided to have another go and contacted three agents to come along and value my house and discuss their services and terms. The first one said he would put my house on the market for £160,000 and guarantee a sale within 8 weeks. The second said he would market the property at £170,000 and hope to get a sale for around £165,000. 

      Then Penny from Kerb Appealz came along and said she thought the property was worth at least £170,000 and was confident she could get me that price for a very competitive fee of 1 percent.
