    When choosing your agent, remember that KEY Estate Agents act for YOU as the seller. Not for your buyer and more importantly, not for ourselves.

    With estate agency, as with most things in life, you tend to get what you pay for, so quality estate agency businesses will typically charge towards the top end of the scale. You should think very carefully about choosing your estate agent based solely on their fees. Achieving the best price is most often our seller's primary objective and at KEY we go that extra mile to ensure that the maximum sale price is achieved. Over the last few months, we have regularly negotiated sales at prices that were higher than our Client would have initially accepted. In some cases this extra effort and negotiating skill has gained several thousand pounds for our clients. Had they chosen a less competent and cheaper agent, they may have significantly lost out overall. What you will get from KEY, which cannot be underestimated, is access to thorough market knowledge and negotiating skills.

    Once a sale has been agreed, KEY will keep everything moving along and will ensure you are kept up to date with the progress. We liaise with both solicitors and if applicable, any other agents involved in a chain to keep your stress levels down.

    KEY Estate Agents work on a strictly 'no sale no fee' basis. If the sale does not exchange contracts, there is no invoice. Our terms and conditions contain no small print and are written in plain English, having been approved by the National Association of Estate Agents. You should beware as some agents' contracts now contain withdrawal charges, which are hidden in the small print and can lead to a nasty and unexpected bill of several hundred pounds!!     Paul, along with Helen his Wife, was one of the founding Directors of the business. Having been in the financial services industry since leaving school in the 80's, Pauls passion is around business excellence. Pauls main role within the Group is not only that of Group Managing Director, but also that of heading up the Financial Services Division of the Group, Key Financial Services. Over the years since Key Financial Services was established in 1998, Paul has arranged 1,000s of mortgages for clients from the mortgage market place, from First Time Buyers to seasoned investors, but most importantly reviewing the mortgages for clients to ensure that the products continue to be the best for clients after the initial fixed or offer periods have ended. In January 2016, Paul was very proud to accept the 2016 award for The Top Sales Quality Advisor at the Annual Finance Planning Group awards, after being nominated by Legal & General PLC.

    Helen, the other founding Director of the business in 1998, has a wealth of Financial Services and Estate Agency knowledge and experience.Helens experience started back in the early 90's with a well known building society when she worked in their residential possessions department and was responsible for marketing properties which had been repossessed.Over the years since, Helen has worked in the Financial Services and Estate Agency sectors.     Leah Moffitt - Personal Assistant to Directors
    Leah started with the Group in 2009, and over the time was worked in many departments, including Lettings, Sales and now in her role as Directors PA. Leah is not only responsible for the day to day management for the Directors, but has the responsibility for the Financial Services administration department. Leah is well known to all Financial Services clients as Leah deals with all the mortgage cases to ensure that they come to a successful completion, as well as the associated sales transactions. The importance of "after the agreement of a sale" of a property can never be overstated, as we are increasingly seeing issues arising in chains where a party is using an on-line style agency, then collapse due to the lack of appropriate sales chasing by such agents.
