      Tom established Killens in 2008 and was born and bred in Somerset and attended school in Wells. He has over 25 years experience in providing property advice throughout the West Country. A graduate of Reading University and the Royal Agricultural College, Tom is married to Sally and they have a young family.

      Sally is married to Tom and oversees the property agency. Born and bred at Chantry near Frome, Sally was once a veterinary nurse prior to diverting her attention to property agency. Sally has extensive local knowledge and an excellent grasp of property issues with a common sense approach

      Claire Myers 
      Claire lives in the Chew Valley and knows the local area well. Prior to working in estate agency Claire had many years of experience in senior positions with HR and management development but has always had a passion for property having moved several times, doing up properties along the way and also managing a couple of her own rental properties. Claire now works as a negotiator in our Chew Valley office and prides herself on her customer service skills and matching vendors and landlords with suitable applicants and tenants.
