Kimberley’s is an independent firm of general practice Estate Agents, established in New Street, Ledbury in 1984 as Whitt, Yeates & Ridley. The office was managed by Louis Kimberley (FNAEA), from January 1990 until February 1st 2005. Louis acquired the business on the 1st of February 2005 and instigated many changes and improvements to enhance the service which our clients enjoy today.
Louis opened a second branch of Kimberley’s Estate Agents in Worcester Road, Malvern on the 12th January 2007 and Kimberley’s staff know from experience that effective presentation of property is the key to success. Kimberley’s are able to offer you a full service from market appraisals to full marketing of your property which includes accompanied viewings, Local and Regional Press advertising, Sale Particulars with detailed ‘Layout Plans’ and ‘Site Plans’ plus we will employ numerous colour photographs (interiors, exteriors and any views). We are also able to offer you Home Information Packs (Hips) on a very competitive fee basis or even a ‘No Sale, No Fee’ package with a “FREE HIP”.
Kimberley’s is a member of TEAM, which is an association of Independent Estate Agents linked by computers, also provides the network to support our full Conveyance service for a ‘No Move, No Fee’ arrangement. All TEAM agencies ‘Multi-list’ all properties, meaning that a property receives even greater coverage.
